Steal An Egg Pet Income Calculator

Pick a pet, enter its current weight, stack mutations and buffs, and get Money per second with the full calculation breakdown — scale, size factor, mutation factor and every multiplier in between.

This calculator measures a pet's income-generating value (Money per Second) — not player-to-player trading value. Results are labeled Estimated Money/s because the game does not publish its exact rounding.

Bonuses add up above the base ×1 — they do not multiply. A “×?” mutation is not verified yet and adds no bonus. Legacy mutations come from ended events — no longer obtainable, but existing pets keep them and their income scalars still apply.

Enter the pet's displayed weight, not the egg's weight. Reference weight: 35000 kg. Leave empty to compare at reference size.

The species’ model weight used by the game’s size/income scaling — not your pet’s actual weight. Read-only from the dataset.

How to use this calculator

A practical way to turn a documented rate into a clear comparison.

Start by choosing a pet with a documented base income. Pets without a published or cross-checked rate stay unavailable in the selector, so a missing value cannot become a made-up earning estimate. Then add any mutations your pet has, and optionally enter its current weight and your active player/server buffs. The result panel shows the complete breakdown plus short and long earning windows.

Weight-based scaling needs a reference weight. Each pet's reference weight comes from the site's dataset — currently documented for 104 pets — and is shown read-only in the calculator; the site never invents one. Pets whose reference weight is not verified yet produce a base income × mutation estimate, clearly labeled, until the species value is documented.

Use the result as a comparison tool rather than a promise of what will happen in a live server. The Copy shareable link button records your inputs in the URL; the canonical page remains this general calculator.

How Steal An Egg Pet income is calculated

Every layer, from pet species to your total Money/s.

  1. Pet species → Base Income + Model Weight. Base income is the documented Money/s before size, mutation and player modifiers. Model weight is the species' reference weight.
  2. Pet weight → Scale. Scale = ∛(Pet Weight ÷ Model Weight) — weight grows with the cube of the model scale.
  3. Scale → Size Factor. A nonlinear curve: Scale^1.85 up to scale 5, then 5^1.85 × (Scale ÷ 5)^1.2 above it. Heavier pets earn more, but never linearly.
  4. Mutations → Mutation Factor. Mutation Factor = 1 + Σ(Scalar − 1) — bonuses add above the base ×1 instead of multiplying together.
  5. Intrinsic Pet Income = Base Income × Size Factor × Mutation Factor — the pet itself, with no quantity or player buffs.
  6. Player/Server buffs → Effective Income. X2 Money, server earnings and temporary buffs multiply the intrinsic income; they change your earnings, not the pet. Quantity is applied once, at the very end.

For a math-only example: a documented rate of 1,000 Money/s at reference size with Golden + Rainbow becomes 1,000 × 1 (size) × 6 (mutations) = 6,000 Money/s intrinsic; with X2 Money and a ×1.5 server boost that is 18,000 Money/s effective, and three copies make 54,000 Money/s total. Example numbers explain the formula — they are not a claim about any specific pet.

Data source and verification

How this page separates a cited value from an assumption.

The base-income dataset starts with the GAMES.GG guide's published income-rate table[1], compared against Beebom's egg and pet guide[2] and IGN's All Pets guide[3]. Mutation scalars come from the site's mutation dataset, which records Eldorado.gg's mutations guide[4] and every unresolved conflict (Rainbow being the clearest: ×5 vs a reported ×2.5).

Values still missing a suitable public source stay honest in the tool: pets without a documented base income are unselectable, unverified mutations (like Monstrous) contribute no bonus and print “not yet verified”, and reference weights import from a public client-config mirror[5] — labeled client-config-mirror, not official. Every reference weight is read-only in the calculator; pets still missing one are scaled at ×1 and labeled, never guessed. The old VIP +20% option was removed for exactly this reason — its only source was a community report.

In-game rounding is not published, so the engine does not round intermediates and the UI labels results Estimated Money/s. When multiple references agree, the site can rate a value verified or high confidence; when they disagree or stay silent, the calculator says so instead of guessing.

FAQ

Questions players ask about pet earnings.

How is Pet income calculated in Steal An Egg?

The calculator multiplies a pet's documented base income by a size factor derived from the pet's weight and by a mutation factor, then applies your player and server buffs: Intrinsic Income = Base Income × Size Factor × Mutation Factor. Every step is shown in the breakdown, and results are labeled Estimated Money/s because the game's exact rounding is not published.

Does Pet weight increase income?

Yes, but not linearly. A pet's internal scale is the cube root of (pet weight ÷ reference weight), and income follows a nonlinear size curve: scale^1.85 up to scale 5, then a flatter power curve above it. So an 8× heavier pet is 2× the scale — but its income factor is 2^1.85 ≈ 3.6×, not 8×.

Does Egg weight affect Pet value?

No. The calculator uses the pet's displayed weight, not the egg's weight. Egg weight is not part of the income model — always read the weight from the pet itself.

Does rarity increase Pet income?

No. Income comes from each pet's documented base income value. Rarity tends to correlate with income, but it is not itself the formula — a rare pet without a documented rate stays unpriced in the calculator.

Do mutations stack?

Yes — additively, not multiplicatively. Each verified mutation adds its bonus above the base ×1: Mutation Factor = 1 + Σ(Scalar − 1). Monstrous (and other unverified mutations) currently have no published multiplier, so they add no bonus and are flagged in the breakdown.

Do Golden and Rainbow multiply together?

No. With the current dataset scalars (Golden ×2, Rainbow ×5), Golden + Rainbow = 1 + (2−1) + (5−1) = ×6 — not ×10. The multipliers themselves stay unverified by the developers; see the mutations page for the documented conflicts.

What does Model Weight mean?

Model weight (reference weight) is the species' reference value used to turn a pet's displayed weight into an internal scale: Scale = ∛(Pet Weight ÷ Model Weight). The calculator reads each pet's reference weight straight from the site's dataset (imported from a public client-config mirror, not developer-published) and shows it read-only — you can never change it, and it is not your own pet's weight. Pets whose reference weight is not verified yet calculate at base income × mutations only.

Does X2 Money change the Pet itself?

No. X2 Money, server earnings multipliers and temporary buffs form a separate player layer: they scale what you earn, but the pet's intrinsic income — base income × size factor × mutation factor — stays the same. Enable them in the calculator only when they are actually active.

Why does my in-game income differ slightly from the calculator?

Three honest reasons: the game's exact rounding order is not published (results are labeled Estimated Money/s), some mutation scalars are single-source or disputed, and in-game collection or layout bonuses are not modeled. The calculator shows every factor it used so you can compare against your own screen.
